JESSICA MONNIG

As Director of Operations and Finance at Hahn | DeBoef, Jessica provides comprehensive administrative and financial support to the firm and its clients. Her responsibilities include office management, bookkeeping, compliance oversight, and client services, and she also serves as the firm’s in-house specialist for election and PAC management.

Jessica brings nearly two decades of senior financial leadership experience across private industry, government, and higher education. She has served as a Financial Business Manager and as a Chief Financial Officer, partnering with executive teams on operational strategy, financial planning, and organizational decision-making.

Earlier in her career, Jessica worked with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, preparing budgets, fiscal notes, and financial reports tied to legislative and regulatory requirements. She also served the University of Missouri System, supporting system-wide financial reporting, audits, and a range of accounting functions.

Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Accounting, and Computer Information Science from William Woods University.
