JAY R. HAHN
MANAGING PARTNER
Jay is a partner and founding member of Hahn Ç€ DeBoef where he oversees government relations, advocacy, new strategies and messaging efforts on behalf of various clients. Prior to founding Hahn Ç€ O'Daniel, Jay served as the Director of Government Relations for the Missouri Optometric Association (MOA) where he was responsible for developing the MOA’s legislative priorities and implementing strategies to ensure those priorities were effectively communicated to the Missouri General Assembly.
RYAN DEBOEF
SENIOR PARTNER
Ryan is a Senior Partner of Hahn Ç€ DeBoef and has over a decade of experience in the public sector, having served as Legal Counsel and Chief of Staff for Missouri State University. Ryan led the university’s state and federal government relations efforts and partnered with the university president to manage system-wide university operations. Ryan has significant experience in legislative advocacy, managing lobbying teams, and administering organizational budgets, operations, projects, events, and people.
ERIN SCHRIMPF
DIRECTOR OF POLICY & COMMUNICATIONS
Erin Schrimpf is the Director of Policy & Communications at Hahn Ç€ DeBoef and brings over a decade of experience in public affairs, strategic messaging, and government relations. She began her career in the Kansas City Mayor’s Office and later served as a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Senate Committee on Veterans’ Affairs. Erin has led legislative advocacy efforts on behalf of a diverse range of clients at the Missouri Capitol, with expertise in strategic communications, lobbying, and media relations.
